Greek hospitality management and consulting company Modus & Amplio has announced its new partnership with The Koukaki Residence, a hospitality property located in the Athenian district of Koukaki under the Acropolis.

Under the agreement, Modus & Amplio has already rebranded the property; created a new name and logo; developed a new photo concept and online/offline promotion activities on social media; and launched a new website.

The Koukaki Residence was built in the early 1930s by architect Emmanuel Lazaridis, who also created the landmark monument of the Unknown Soldier in the center of Athens.

It is housed in a historic building of unique architecture and design, where every piece of furniture and every detail reflects the Art Deco aesthetics of the period: The grand metal door and the internal staircase – a “jewel” of its own, the verandas and the indoor garden reflect the “nobility” of old Athens during the interwar period.

The Koukaki Residence features seven spacious houses and suites ranging from 35-82sqm that can accommodate 2-6 persons each.

It is considered ideal for short or long stays, since it provides all comforts and is located near the center of Athens.

All residences are located around a “secret garden” where guests can enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine later in the afternoon or in the evening, in a quiet environment under the Acropolis.

Koukaki is a quiet neighborhood near Plaka, the National Museum of Contemporary Art (EMST) and the Sygrou-Fix metro station (red line).

Modus & Amplio has a long experience in the fields of pre-opening, hotel & asset management, brand strategy and sales development.
