Greek online booking platform Let’s Ferry has appointed Michalis Papyrakis as its new commercial director.

Launched in June 2015, Let’s Ferry offers consumers the opportunity to make easy, quick and simplified online searches and the possibility to book tickets for more than 230 ports around the world, choosing between the fastest routes at the best available prices, as well as multiple destinations.

Michalis Papyrakis

Michalis Papyrakis is an executive with a long experience in the online distribution of tourism services, especially air and ferry ticketing services, and in the fields of transport and leisure. Until recently he was the sales director of aferry.com.

“I’m excited to be part of the team of Let’s Ferry. Our aim is to further expand our presence in European markets by offering exceptional solutions and innovative services that will improve the booking experience through a wide range of options for travel to European – and not only – ports,” Papyrakis said.

Apart from its online presence as a distribution channel, Let’s Ferry also provides offline services through several outlets located in Greek ports such as Piraeus, Chania, Souda, and other popular Greek destinations.

According to Let’s Ferry Digital Director Christina Foteinopoulou, the addition of Michalis Papyrakis to the company’s team will contribute to its development course and the optimal utilization of its technology innovations.

“Human resources make the difference. Let’s Ferry is evolving into a leading force in the market through the knowledge of its executives and its cutting-edge technologies,” she said.
