A member of the Yes! Hotels Group, NEW is one of the first hotels in the city to successfully introduce brunch, the experience of an in-between meal that combines breakfast and lunch. “Brunch has emerged as a new trend in the gastronomy habits of Athenians and visitors,” the hotel’s management said. The hotel will once again be serving brunch on weekends at its NEW Taste and Art Lounge restaurants, starting October 16. New Hotel Executive Chef Babis Kountouris. Curated by YES! Hotels Executive Chef Babis Kountouris, the menu maintains the all-time-classic Eggs Benedict, the fluffy pancakes, the delicious NEW Taste burger, the donuts with hot chocolate sauce and the Bloody Mary Selection, as well as a variety of homemade viennoiseries and pastries. The brunch menu also features new additions that will impress every palate. NEW Hotel serves its brunch on Saturdays and Sundays between 12pm and 5pm with reservations only. Guests aged 12 and above are required to present a Covid-19 vaccination or recovery certificate upon entry. Minors from 4 to 11 years old can alternatively submit a negative self-test result taken in the last 24 hours. Minors up to 17 years old can submit a rapid test result taken within 48 hours. The 79-room NEW Hotel is located in Athens, between the traditional district of Plaka and the more contemporary Kolonaki neighbourhood. The hotel features a distinctive interior design curated by award-winning Brazilian designers Fernando και Humberto Campana in collaboration with architecture students of the Thessalia University.
