Based in Athens, Hotelising is a dynamic hotel sales management company that specializes on increasing revenue for its partner hotels. “Hotelising is creating the appropriate services in accordance with the latest trends in hotel revenue management aiming to meet the needs of every single hospitality enterprise – from city hotels to luxury boutique properties,” the company said in an announcement. One of these services is the recently launched “HOTEL PRO by Hotelising”, which is ideal for hotels not looking to establish permanent partnerships with management companies. The service also suits hoteliers that seek personalized training. HOTEL PRO is divided into two different services, that can be combined or run separately, depending on the hotel’s needs. Consulting services, which focus on hotel operation, sales, marketing, staffing, etc, are included. New partnerships in 2021, New openings in 2022 Since the start of 2021, Hotelising has launched new partnerships with hotels on mainland Greece and the islands. The company recently announced its collaboration with the four-star Margo Beach Hotel in Gythio in the Peloponnese, and the Manthos Resort & Spa in Chania, Pelion. Furthermore, in 2022, the company will open a new hotel in Volos, and operate a new boutique hotel in the center of Athens. Bookings, revenues moving upwards Osom Resort, Mykonos According to the company’s management, the 2021 tourism season has been “very satisfying” with revenues and bookings on the up. Hotel bookings reached – and in some cases exceeded – the levels of 2019, led by hotels of the Cyclades region located on Paros, Mykonos, Ios and Santorini. Furthermore, responding to the challenges of the Covid-19 era, Hotelising has created a dynamic sales and marketing policy aimed to boost revenue. “We’ve increased the promotion channels for our partner hotels and adopted marketing activities leading to positive financial results that exceed the levels of 2019,” Hotelising Founder Katerina Petropoulou said.
