According to an announcement, the umbrella union of Greek seamen are demanding a revised collective labor agreement with pay raises. The strike is scheduled to start from 6:01 am on Wednesday, November 10 and run until 6 am on Friday, November 12. PNO warned that the ferry strike may be extended. Travelers who have booked ferry tickets for November 10-12 are advised to check with their travel agents or contact local port authorities for further information.
