Aiming to promote the comparative advantages and diversity of Greece’s tourism product during all seasons, the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO) recently participated in 10 roadshows in ten German cities organized by travel specialists Expipoint . The roadshows took place in the cities of Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Münster, Cologne, Aachen, Munich, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Mannheim and Stuttgart during November 1-19, with the participation of 30 tour operators in each city. The GNTO executives presented Greece’s tourism offerings while participants also had the chance to visit the organization’s specially designed info kiosks and receive more details about the country. In addition, GNTO Germany executives Nikoleta Lekanidis and Areti Prinou offered information on the positive results of Greek tourism in 2021 and expressed optimism about the increasing sales for 2022.
