Real estate investment company Everty has acquired the Iconic Santorini, a luxury boutique hotel located in Imerovigli, on the Greek island of Santorini.

Located on the island’s caldera, the luxury complex features unique architecture and consists of 19 cave suites with distinctive aesthetics that combine the unique view with authentic experiences and state-of-the-art facilities.

Iconic Santorini has been named Greece’s Leading Luxury Boutique Hotel at the 2019 World Travel Awards; Best Luxury Boutique Hotel on a Global Level (2020) and Best Island Hotel on a Global Level (2021) at the Haute Grandeur Global Awards; and Honeymoon Hideaway Boutique Hotel (2021) at the iLuxury Awards.

“We are very proud to include the Iconic Santorini in our investment portfolio. The unique location and exceptional features of this hard-to-find property, as well as its high standards, have made this investment extremely successful. We look towards the future with ambition,” Everty Greece Country Manager Nikolaos Roupakas said.

The Iconic Santorini hotel is Everty’s second investment in Greece since the beginning of 2021. The company has also developed the Petrothalassa Villas project in Ermionida in the Peloponnese.

Both investments are part of the company’s four-year strategic 100-million-euro investment program focusing on Greece’s premium office and hospitality market.

Everty is a member of the YNV Group, a consortium of multinational groups that invests and operates in many sectors worldwide, from technology and education to hospitality and real estate.
