Mykonos’ ‘Cavo Tagoo’ Among Europe’s Most Beautiful Luxury Hotels for 2022

The Greek island of Mykonos is home to one of Europe’s most beautiful luxury hotels, the Cavo Tagoo, a new global research by Money.co.uk. reveals.

Money.co.uk. analyzed over 10 million Instagram hashtags associated with the world’s five-star hotels. The ones with the most Instagram hashtags were then ranked from highest to lowest to create a list of the most picturesque in the world and in Europe.

The Cavo Tagoo features at number 8 on the list of Money.co.uk. that reveals the most beautiful five-star hotels in Europe.

The luxury Mykonos hotel, which boasts incredible sea views, gathered 38,848 Instagram hashtags, beating the likes of The Langham in London and Mardan Palace in Turkey.

Claridge’s Hotel in London, UK, is the most Instagrammed in the continent with a total of 76,555 hashtags.

The Ritz in Paris, is second on the list with a total of 74,864 uses of their Instagram hashtag.

Third on the European list is W Barcelona which has racked up 68,680 hashtags as a result of its beauty.

The results reveal that Dubai’s Burj Al Arab Jumeirah is the world’s most beautiful five-star hotel.

Although it is officially rated as five stars, the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah is widely known as a seven-star hotel as a result of its extravagance: guests are offered  a Rolls Royce chauffeur service, a pillow menu to customise their comfort, and endless photo opportunities outside its dhow shaped architecture. So much so, it has racked up 2,428,501 Instagram hashtags of guests sharing its beauty with their followers.

Second on the global list is Soneva Jani – the picture-perfect floating villas in the Maldives – which has 415,461 hashtags, followed by Las Vegas’ Bellagio in third place with 161,088 Instagram hashtags.
