Air Austral, the flag carrier of the French region of Réunion, has appointed Goldair as its General Sales Agent (GSA) in Greece.

Air Austral operates scheduled services from Réunion to metropolitan France, Mauritius, Mayotte, Madagascar, Comoros, Seychelles, South Africa, Thailand, and India.

“I would like to warmly welcome Air Austral to the Goldair family… Our goal is to work hand in hand to ensure Air Austral’ s maximum exposure within the Greek territory, enhance its presence and increase sales throughout our region,” Goldair Deputy Managing Director Nikos Sofiadis said.

The strategic partnership with Goldair is designed to increase the recognition of Air Austral in Greece and steer sales growth throughout the Greek market with a particular focus on marine travel, also signaling the further expansion of Air Austral’ s sales presence and representation in the Greek territory.

Goldair is one of the largest and most esteemed organizations in the field of transport and tourism in the Greek market.

“We are pleased to start our new partnership with Goldair as our GSA in Greece. Its strong reputation and professionalism will help Air Austral develop its presence in the Greek market – especially regarding the marine traffic to the Indian Ocean,” said Jean-Marc Grazzini, deputy general manager commercial affairs at Air Austral.
