Halkidiki’s Porto Carras Resort Opening April 21

The Porto Carras Grand Resort, located on the west coast of Sithonia in Halkidiki, Northern Greece, will be offering its unique hospitality experiences to guests this season from April 21.

Porto Carras will operate its five-star Meliton hotel which offers 324 spacious rooms and 155 luxury suites with a unique view to Toroneos gulf, the marina and the golf course.

The resort also features four restaurants offering creative cuisine with fresh biological products as well as many bars by the sea.

Covering an area of 4,358 acres, the Porto Carras Grand Resort includes a number of Blue Flag awarded beaches and 25 bays along a 9km coast.

Its sports facilities are ideal for horse-riding, hiking, cycling and water sports.

This summer, the resort will host a number of entertainment activities for its little guests in the outdoor swimming pools, the new outdoor playground and the Kids Club.

The resort’s spa will also offer relaxation and wellness treatments upon request.

Apart from prime hospitality facilities, Porto Carras also features a 315-berth marina that can host leisure vessels of up to 60 meters.

In addition, the resort features a unique winery and the Meliton Privé casino which this year will offer upgraded services.

Porto Carras, this summer will host its guests in a completely safe environment featuring large open spaces, contactless services, 24-hour medical support, meticulous disinfection and cleaning methods and fully trained staff.
