After a successful first year of operation, Kālesma Mykonos is getting ready to open its doors for the upcoming tourism season, refreshed and renewed, with several surprises for its guests. According to the hotel’s management, between April 21 – May 4, travelers will have the opportunity to discover a different side of Mykonos. On Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday guests will enjoy dishes inspired by Greek cuisine and tradition at the Pere Ubu Mykonos restaurant. Chef Kostas Tsigas and his team have prepared original Easter menus including the traditional roasted lamb. The gastronomy experience also includes flavors reminiscent of family gatherings and delicious Greek delicacies that will unite friends around the table. Athenian restaurant Pere Ubu has already set sail for the Aegean, bringing fresh raw materials, local products and organic ingredients to Mykonos. For summer evening pleasures, the restaurant will offer refreshing cocktails and premium wine labels to accompany the excellent sunset parties of the creators of Zucca Radio and other special events such as barbecue nights and many more. Combining simplicity with refined elegance and Cycladic architecture, Kālesma is a Mykonian “home” for visitors from all around the world. Built on the hill of Ornos, the modern cubist complex of suites and villas this year will introduce a new type of room: The new One Bed-room Villas offer a barbecue and an open-plan terrace with a garden. The villas can also host private parties and dinners with the signature of the hotel’s chef. Guests can also enjoy stunning views of Delos island, as well as the sunset and the sunrise, from all areas of the hotel and especially from the Aloni Sunset Lounge, along with drinks and a background of earthy colours and shades of sea blue.
