The main shareholders of Oniro Hotels Group in Greece recently announced the launch of a new hotel management company.

Named Oniro Hotel Management, the new company will manage the group’s own units and also hotels owned by banks, private and institutional investors, as well as other businesses in the hospitality sector.

“The long experience and proven success of the Groups guarantee the provision of comprehensive hotel management services and lay the path for a much promising future for Oniro Hotels Group in Greece and Europe’s tourist sector,” a company announcement said.

The main stakeholders in Oniro Hotels Group are Delfi Partners and the family office of Greek-German entrepreneur Stavros Efremidis.

Oniro Hotels Group currently has nine hotels in its portfolio, following the recent acquisition of four units (Oniro City, Athens; Asomaton, Athens; Oniro Suites, Mykonos; and an under-construction property in Athens) from Treppides Investments & Holdings.

Oniro Suites, Mykonos.

Oniro Hotels Group’s portfolio now includes hotels in prime locations in Greece: three in Kolonaki area, Athens; one in Monastiraki area, Athens; one on Zakynthos; two on Skiathos; and two on Mykonos, one of which is currently under construction. Oniro has capacity of over 890 beds in total.

“We want to create a portfolio of boutique hotels in Greece and the rest of Europe that bring out the local culture of each place and combines unmatched comfort, discrete luxury and impeccable customer service,” said George Mountis, Managing Partner at Delfi Partners Group.

Four of Oniro’s nine hotels are expected to operate in 2022 and the remaining units will open their doors in 2023.
