The new seasonal flights are part of the airline’s summer flight schedule that will correspond on average to 90 percent of 2019 capacity. During the peak summer season, Air France will serve up to 196 destinations. On the short and medium-haul network, Air France has included the new destination of the Greek island of Zakynthos with 2 weekly flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle as of July 9. The airline has also included two new routes to Greece as part of its network on departure from the French regions: Marseille – Santorini as from July 8 and Nice – Heraklion as from July 8. On the long-haul network, Air France’s activity will be driven by buoyant demand for flights to North America, Africa, the Caribbean and Indian Ocean, regions that have proved resilient throughout the crisis.
