Located in Imerovigli on Santorini, the hotel features 19 luxury rooms and suites, each with its own verandah where guests can relax and enjoy breathtaking views of the caldera. “Iconic Santorini offers its guests an unprecedented luxury experience by taking them on a sensual journey of sight, taste and exotic aromas,” she added Iconic Santorini is also opening its Pergola restaurant looking to offer its guests and visitors the best fine dining experience on Santorini. Executive Chef Mathaios Sorotos, known for gastronomic creations based on local products, will lead Pergola’s dynamic culinary team. “The Aegean breeze, the sunshine and the fertile volcanic soil of Santorini is the perfect environment for the cultivation of delicious agricultural products that Chef Sorotos offers in every dish,” the hotel’s management said. Guests can also unwind in the hotel’s spa with relaxing massages and holistic therapies designed to rejuvenate the body and soul.
