IKIES Santorini Elevates its Private Dining Experience

The IKIES Santorini hotel, located in Oia, this year has elevated its offered Private Dining Experience with the addition of new dishes by Chef Socrates Maliganis.

Socrates, is a young chef with a 15-year experience in luxury hotels and restaurants on Santorini, Rhodes and in Halkidiki. He loves blending local ingredients with international techniques. He has created a fresh new menu, ideal for guests to enjoy delicious and well-balanced Greek cuisine.

This summer season, guests at IKIES Santorini can enjoy dishes inspired by Greek cuisine, made from local products such as: Santorini’s split peas with smoked pork Apáki and caramelized onions; traditional tomato freeters of Santorini with Greek yogurt sauce and coriander; traditional Cretan pie with ‘mytzithra’ cheese and organic thyme honey, local wild greens ‘horta’; sauteed sea scallops and many more.

IKIES Santorini also offers an All-Day menu including salads and snacks, desserts, and an assortment of Greek cheeses from the Cyclades.

All flavors are enhanced with the pairing of the right wine carefully selected from small local wineries by the IKIES sommelier.

In addition to the amazing flavors, the most astonishing element of the IKIES Santorini Private Dining Experience is the unique breathtaking caldera sunset view, in total privacy and serenity.
