Rhodes’ Grande Albergo delle Rose Welcomes Summer with New Gastronomy Experiences

The historic hotel Grande Albergo delle Rose on the Greek island of Rhodes is welcoming the summer season with a new look and upgraded dining outlets.

“We are ready to offer visitors unforgettable moments of relaxation, with sophisticated gastronomy proposals, surprises and joyful evenings with live music in our wonderful spaces right next to the sea,” the hotel’s management Modus & Amplio said in an announcement.

Aqua Pool Bar Café

In the heat of the summer nothing can be more refreshing than a juice, an iced sorbet or a signature cocktail by the pool in the lush garden. Open from 10 in the morning until 6 in the afternoon, the hippy pool bar will once again be the ultimate meeting point for all times of the day.

Delicious snacks such as the smoked salmon wrap, a variety of refreshing salads and many more options will complement the experience of visitors while the DJ will be setting the mood, sky high, on the decks by the pool.

Garden Restaurant & Café

Located on the seafront, right next to the beach, the Garden Restaurant offers a variety of elegant flavors promising to elevate its guests’ taste buds with unique, appealing dishes created by Executive Chef Andrea Salomakhin.

The beauty of the historic building, the elegant jazz music, the dazzling aromas, and the cool breeze complete the atmospheric setting.

The Garden Café is the ideal place for lunch and dinner while promising unforgettable gastronomy experiences through a wide variety of proposals such as the delicious sea bass Marco Polo with coriander seeds, wakame and tobiko salad, the traditional fennel pie, the famous black cod marinated with miso paste and sake, refreshing desserts and many more.
