During June 12-14, Matsuhisa’s fans in Athens will have the opportunity to see him in person and sample some of his best-known dishes at the verandah of the Matsuhisa Athens restaurant at the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel in Vouliagmeni. Matsuhisa’s guests will also have the chance to enjoy signature cocktails at the Umi Bar. Matsuhisa Athens From June 15-21, Matsuhisa will be on Mykonos – the next stop of the Nobu Food Festival. He will welcome his guests to his Matsuhisa Mykonos restaurant that is operating inside the the refurbished Belvedere Hotel. Matsuhisa Mykonos opened 19 years ago as the world’s first open-air Matsuhisa restaurant. Chef Matsuhisa will personally welcome his guests to his Athens and Mykonos restaurants and introduce his philosophy, high-end gastronomy experience and even share a few secrets of his recipes! The menu will include special dishes prepared with distinctive “Nobu-style” techniques. Apart from Athens and Mykonos, Chef Matsuhisa operates restaurants under his brand in St. Moritz, Munich, Paris, Limassol and St. Tropez, among other cities around the world.
