Organized by Boussias Communications, the awards recognizes best practices in the workplace as well as innovation, leadership and quality in designing health and safety systems. Porto Carras was awarded in the “Staff Training & Awareness” category for its “Integrated Training – Staff Awareness Program”, a project carried out in collaboration with Samaras and Partners LTD. In an announcement, Porto Carras highlights that the distinction proves that the resort’s management has set high goals on issues related to the heath and safety of its employees. “The company commits to continue providing its people with a safe working environment and promises that this award is just the beginning of a course full of distinctions focusing on its employees, guests and partners,” Porto Carras said. Located on the west coast of Sithonia in Halkidiki, Northern Greece, the Porto Carras Grand Resort, this summer is operating its five-star Meliton hotel which offers 324 spacious rooms and 155 luxury suites with a unique view to Toroneos gulf, the marina and the golf course.
