A production of Transavia, the new video is part of its collaboration with the Thessaloniki Tourism Organization and aims to promote the destination to the travelers of its scheduled and charter flights. Over 200,000 passengers are expected to see the video during Transavia’s flights or via the company’s social media channels. The Thessaloniki Tourism Organization assisted Transavia’s production in every capacity for the city’s promotion. Filming took place in some of the Thessaloniki’s most popular and attractive locations. The video features a couple of Dutch pilots who tour the upper town, Thessaloniki’s UNESCO Heritage Sites, the seafront, and experience the city’s sunset, gastronomy and local products. Useful info related to access options and the city’s proximity to the areas of Halkidiki and Pieria, is also provided. The visual and photo material will be used in additional Transavia productions in the future.
