A bonus of a total amount of 1 million euros is being offered as a reward to all staff members of the hotels Grande Bretagne, King George and Athens Capital by the decision of the major shareholder of Lampsa Hellenic Hotels. Specifically, according to an announcement by Lampsa SA, a bonus of 1,000 euros will be issued to all associates, without exception and in every department, as a reward for “the vigorous efforts they make daily” to ensure the highest quality of hospitality services and “for mastering the pressure” of the high season. “This action comes in response to the massive complimentary comments and thank you messages that the hotels’ general managers receive every day by guests, while the hotel occupancies reach 100 percent,” Lampsa said in its announcement.
