Ikos Aria resort, Kos

In a recent report titled “The Hotel of the Future”, Deloitte Greece features two Sani/Ikos resorts as prime examples of luxury design in the hospitality industry of the Mediterranean region.

The report highlights 12 hotels, located in the Mediterranean, for their exceptional design, focusing on the improvement of the guest experience.

The group’s Sani Dunes resort, located in Halkidiki, has been included in the report for its authenticity, and the Ikos Aria on Kos for its wellness and biophilic features.

The design of the iconic Sani Dunes highlights the interaction of its indoor and outdoor areas, their refined details, and combines the resort’s contemporary character with the Mediterranean identity. Meanwhile, its seaside environment and minimal features with the clear lines and geometric volumes highlight the authenticity of the landscape.

The Ikos Aria, located on the southwestern coast of Kos, promotes the area’s natural landscape that is offering a sense of harmony and serenity to its guests.

“The fact that two of our group’s resorts are highlighted as prime examples of design for the hotels of the future’, makes us proud of our partners and members who continue to work hard in order for us to continue offering experiences that align with global trends [in hospitality],” Sani / Ikos Group President Stavros Andreadis said.

Both hotels, as all of Sani/Ikos’ hotels in Greece, have been designed by Nimand Architects.
