The two menus he created for AKS Hotels’ brand new restaurants – Riviera and Porfyra – give guests the opportunity to taste flavors inspired by Mediterranean traditions and pure local raw materials. Riviera With a view to the beautiful bay of Porto Heli, the Riviera restaurant at AKS Porto Heli offers an array of flavors including the crispy panko-breaded kalamari with yuzu mayonnaise and wakame seaweed; the seafood “giouvetsi” with Kozani saffron, lime and basil; and the black Angus rib eye steak with chimichurri sauce and fries.
