The four-star Grand Patelli hotel on the island of Lemnos recently celebrated its establishment with an official grand opening party attended by senior executives, business partners and representatives of the Greek tourism scene.

Operating since early July, the hotel held the traditional blessing of its premises on August 9. The blessing was followed by a grand celebration on its roof garden that offers an impressive view towards the historic castle on Lemnos.

During the grand opening, guests enjoyed a special menu and live music and DJ sets until the early morning hours. The event also included the display of impressive fireworks over the town of Myrina.

The opening ceremony was attended by Lemnos Mayor Dimitris Marinakis and other local officials, as well as tourism executives, friends and partners.

Open all year round, the Grand Patelli hotel features 40 rooms and five suites. Its facilities include the Kipos restaurant, Nick’s Lounge & Wine Bar, a 180º Rooftop pool garden and a gym. The hotel’s spa facilities will soon be available to guests and visitors.

The hotel’s management has been undertaken by The Smiley Guest, an accommodation management company founded by Angeliki Kympritou and Dimitris Nanos. The first such company on Lemnos, The Smiley Guest aims to upgrade the island’s tourism product and services to guests.
