The hospitality group opened the DAVE by the beach Loutraki after fully renovating the former Kontis Hotel. “Life’s a beach, so let’s get this party started! DAVE by the beach Loutraki is not just a hotel. It’s the ultimate exploration starting point,” the group said in an announcement. Located in the center of Loutraki, 200m from the beach, the new hotel offers DAVE Red’s funky aesthetics and affordable hospitality. Its 39 rooms feature modern amenities and excellent decoration, creating a welcoming lively environment that will impress even the most demanding guests. Moreover, the hotel’s rooftop offers a large outdoor area where guests can combine drinks with a wonderful view of the mountain or the sea. DAVE by the Beach Loutraki is also an excellent starting point to explore nearby archaeological sites, enjoy food and drinks in local restaurants and bars, visit the Loutraki thermal baths or explore the area’s hiking trails. Loutraki is located in the Peloponnese, approximately 80km away from Athens. Brown Hotels’ investment plan for the next three years includes the opening of a total of 42 hotels and resorts in Greece.
