Greek Tourism Minister Vassilis Kikilias will travel to Berlin and meet with representatives of Germany’s leading airlines and tour operators.

According to an announcement of the Tourism Ministry, Kikilias will hold talks focused on ways to attract Germans to Greece in the autumn and winter months to further extend the country’s tourism season.

On Monday, September 5, Kikilias will hold meetings with the Head of Policy of the Lufthansa Group, the CEO of DER Turistik, the president of the German Travel Association (DRV) and the president of ATTIKA Reisen.

The Greek tourism minister will also hold a working lunch with the CEO of Condor and a dinner with TUI executives (Head of Financial Services, Director of Corporate and External Affairs, etc.).

While in Berlin, the minister will also give interviews to Germany’s main media outlets.

Germany will be the first stop in a series of visits that Kikilias will make to Northern and Central European countries. Trips to Austria, France, Sweden and the UK will follow.
