The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. (HRADF or TAIPED in Greek) recently launched a tender process for the concession of the marina in Argostoli on the island of Kefalonia.

According to an announcement, the international tender concerns the concession of port operation services (berthing and other services) and the right to use, operate, manage and exploit the assets within the land and sea zone of the Argostoli Marina for a period of 35 years with the option of an extension for another 10 years.

The marina is located in the bay of Argostoli on the southwest coast of the island, approximately 11 km from the International Airport of Kefalonia “Anna Pollatos”. Its capacity is estimated at 174 berths and dry dock capacity at about 110 vessels.

The tendering process will take place in two phases and the deadline for the expression of interest has been set for November 16, 2022.

Details of the tendering process are included on HRADF’s website: https://hradf.com/

The HRADF is a member of the GROWTHFUND – The National Fund of Greece.
