The awards, widely known as “the Oscars of the Aviation Industry”, are considered the most prestigious accolades for airlines. Every year, millions of travelers from around the world pick the winners by taking part in the largest airline passenger satisfaction survey – a global benchmark of airline excellence. “We are honoured to earn this award, which comes despite the many challenges faced by all industry players in recent months,” said Air Transat President and Chief Executive Officer Annick Guérard. We also want to acknowledge the dedication and professionalism of our teams, without whom none of this would be possible,” Guérard added. Air Transat serves nearly 60 destinations on three continents with a new-generation fleet made up of the greenest aircraft in its category, the Airbus A321LR.
