Aria Hotels, the privately-owned boutique hotel and villas company, recently opened the 360o Residences complex, strengthening its presence on the island of Kefalonia.

The opening follows the company’s May 2022 addition of the Sui Generis Villa to its portfolio of properties on the Ionian island.

Located just 10 minutes from Kefalonia Airport, 360o Residences is comprised by five self-contained holiday residences that can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Each residence has an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and one or two bathrooms. The houses are ideal for families or groups of friends and boast a unique architectural design and unobstructed sea views.

360o Residences is surrounded by the Mediterranean Garden ideal for sunset viewing while its pool is perfect spot for sunbathing or reading books.

Aria Hotels is a family-owned boutique hotel and villas company that offers holidaymakers authentic Greek hospitality and the ultimate in simple, effortless charm.

Its philosophy is founded on a respect for the environment, an appreciation of culture, and a passion for discovery while each residence has been selected for its architectural merit and its contribution to the preservation of local heritage.

The company has more than 50 hotels and villas in exceptional destinations of unique natural beauty throughout Greece: Athens, Crete, Cyclades, Sporades, Epirus, Evia, the Peloponnese and the Ionian Islands.
