Photo source: Visit Greece Four Greek islands – Rhodes, Heraklion, Corfu and Kefalonia – are included among the seasonal destinations that will enrich the network of ITA Airways in summer 2023. The Italian flag-carrier recently announced that it has opened sales for new seasonal flights from Rome and Milan to several Mediterranean destinations to be operated in the upcoming 2023 summer season. The new seasonal destinations will be enriching the network with flights to Greece, Spain, Croatia, and the Italian islands with departures from Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate. In details, ITA Airways will operate the following direct flights at the peak of the 2023 summer season: • from Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate to Rhodes, Ibiza, Palma De Majorca, Menorca, Heraklion, Corfu, Lampedusa and Pantelleria • from Rome Fiumicino to Split and Kefalonia Courtesy of the new flights, ITA Airways continues to develop its international and domestic network aiming to meet the needs of Italian holidaymakers, allowing them to reach the most important destinations of tourism in the Mediterranean. “ITA Airways’ commercial strategy is fully in line with the company’s pillar of putting the customer at the centre of its business development,” the airline said in an announcement.
