Aria Hotels had added the Elaia Grove Luxury villas in Kalamata to its property portfolio, expanding its hospitality operations in more than a dozen areas in Greece.

Named after the green olive groves that surround them, the two independent luxury villas are located just 300 meters from the beach of Kalamata and have unobstructed views of the Peloponnese mountains.

Besides its olive garden, the property boasts two swimming pools and fully furnished terraces, creating an ideal “peace and relaxation” setting for visitors of all ages and combinations such as families, couples, or groups of friends.

The Elaia Grove villas, 110 and 90 sq.m. respectively, are designed in contemporary and boho style and offer private parking and an independent entrance to guests.

Each villa includes a master ensuite bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, an open plan living room with a sitting and dining area, a kitchen, as well as the aforementioned private terrace and swimming pool.

The residence is located in the city of Kalamata, 7 km from Kalamata International Airport and just 300 meters from the beach.
