SuitePad, the company whose innovative products have assisted hotel industry’s digitalization across the globe, recently won the “Best In-Room Hotel Tablets of 2023” title at the HotelTechAwards. Considered the “Grammys of Hotel Tech”, the awards are organized by HotelTechReport.com, which this year invited the global hotelier community to review their favorite products that make hotel software research easy and reliable. The awards recognize the best hotel software across various categories, using customer feedback and key data signals such as integration compatibility, organizational health, market share, partner network strength, and customer support quality as criteria. “Winning a HotelTechAward is the highest achievement in the industry because it’s based on data,” said CEO of Hotel Tech Report Jordan Hollander, adding that the ranking process is “simple, transparent, and unbiased…allowing the authentic voice of the customer decide the winners”.
