The Social: Radisson Opens ‘Individuals’ Hotel in Athens

Expanding its hospitality portfolio in Greece, Radisson Hotel Group recently opened The Social Athens Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals, in the center of the Greek capital.

The Social Athens Hotel is the first Radisson Individuals branded hotel in Greece.

Located on Voukourestiou street, one of the most upscale Athenian retail streets, The Social is the only branded hotel on the historic road and in close proximity to the city’s most popular shopping, dining, and entertainment choices.

Housed in a fully reconstructed office building in the renowned area of Kolonaki, the hotel features 24 spacious guest rooms and suites, including one presidential suite. All rooms and suites boast a design characterized by warm tones, wooden touches, and marble details.

Room amenities include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, and coffee and tea facilities while the hotel’s guests can also choose rooms with a view of the nearby Lycabettus Hill.

The Social Athens Hotel also offers a high-end restaurant, providing healthy breakfast options and fresh Mediterranean and international dishes for lunch and dinner while the accommodation’s bar guests can unwind for a drink on-site.

Furthermore, the hotel features a fully equipped fitness center with a view, for those who want to retain their working out itinerary whether on vacation or a business trip.

Radisson Individuals is Radisson Hotel Group’s newest affiliation brand, celebrating the individuality of each of its upscale to upper-upscale hotels, usually located in a renowned city, or close to airports and key business and leisure destinations.
