Aria Hotels, the Greek-based family chain of boutique hotels and independent residences, has added the boutique hotel Villa Selena on the island of Syros, the capital of the Cyclades island group, to its portfolio.

The newly acquired property, located in the coveted Vaporia area, is a neoclassical mansion from the 19th century that has been carefully renovated to provide high-end hospitality experiences for its guests.

Villa Selena boasts five spacious rooms and one luxurious suite, offering unique views of the Aegean and Vaporia beach. More specifically, the hotel is just a short walk from Vaporia Beach and 10 minutes from Ermoupolis, the Chora of Syros.

Its interior decoration is a blend of luxury and simplicity, with restored furniture, marble bathrooms, crystal chandeliers, murals and silkscreens, all handpicked to reflect the history of the building.

The hotel’s rooftop provides guests with a tranquil setting to relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings, while its inner courtyards are the ideal spot for breakfast. Furthermore, Villa Selena’s suite also features a jacuzzi with views of the city of Syros.

The hotel staff are on hand to welcome guests upon their arrival, and each room comes equipped with a workspace, mini-fridge, bath robes, linens and luxury toiletries. The hotel also provides daily housekeeping and free WiFi.

Villa Selena is a unique and historical addition to Aria Hotels’ growing list of properties and offers guests an opportunity to experience authentic Greek hospitality while exploring the island of Syros.

Aria Hotels’ expanded portfolio now includes 70 properties across various destinations in Greece, including Athens, the Cyclades, Epirus, Peloponnese, and the Ionian Islands.

The company’s philosophy prioritizes the environment, culture and passion for discovery, and is focused on offering high-level services that cater to the needs of contemporary traveling.
