HORECA 2023: Greece’s Meeting Point for Tourism and F&B Professionals Opens Friday

Τhe 17th edition of HORECA, one of the biggest hospitality and F&B exhibition events in Greece, is set to take place during February 10-13 at the Metropolitan Expo center in Athens.

The four-day trade meeting will provide a platform for its 500 exhibitors to showcase the latest trends, innovative products, and modern technologies in the hospitality and catering industry.

Organized by Forum SA, the event is expected to attract thousands of owners and managers of hotels and tourism accommodations, restaurants, coffee shops, pastry shops, baristas, bartenders, architects, decorators, and F&B managers.

HORECA 2023 will provide the opportunity for professionals in the sector to discuss their needs with exhibitors and choose custom solutions that suit them. Additionally, they will learn about proposals aimed at making their businesses functional and modern, as well as solutions for energy upgrades and cost savings.

In line with the event’s goal of providing knowledge and expertise to its visitors, HORECA 2023 will host a series of parallel events.

The 6th International Hospitality Forum organized by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels will bring together global hospitality executives to analyze the latest trends shaping the hospitality industry and highlight the importance of sustainability in tourism development.

The Gastronomy Lab will showcase the latest trends and techniques in the world of gastronomy, with acclaimed chefs from Greece, France, Italy, and Spain presenting their work.

Furthermore, it will also honor four Greek restaurants for their unique culinary concept, as well as their zero waste philosophy.

The Coffee Events stage will host the Panhellenic Coffee Barista, Brewers Cup, and Cup Tasters championships, providing baristas with the opportunity to compete for a place at the top.

Also, the HORECA Lab will host experienced executives and experts in the hospitality industry who will present the latest trends and developments.

Its stage will also host the Panhellenic Cocktail Championships organized by the Hellenic Bartender Association will also take place on the same stage.

According to the organizers, the combination of exhibitors, parallel events, and the opportunity to network with professionals in the sector make HORECA 2023 a must-attend event for anyone involved in the hospitality and catering industry.
