Τhe 17th edition of HORECA, one of the biggest hospitality and F&B exhibition events in Greece, is set to take place during February 10-13 at the Metropolitan Expo center in Athens. The four-day trade meeting will provide a platform for its 500 exhibitors to showcase the latest trends, innovative products, and modern technologies in the hospitality and catering industry. Organized by Forum SA, the event is expected to attract thousands of owners and managers of hotels and tourism accommodations, restaurants, coffee shops, pastry shops, baristas, bartenders, architects, decorators, and F&B managers. Additionally, they will learn about proposals aimed at making their businesses functional and modern, as well as solutions for energy upgrades and cost savings. In line with the event’s goal of providing knowledge and expertise to its visitors, HORECA 2023 will host a series of parallel events. The 6th International Hospitality Forum organized by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels will bring together global hospitality executives to analyze the latest trends shaping the hospitality industry and highlight the importance of sustainability in tourism development. Furthermore, it will also honor four Greek restaurants for their unique culinary concept, as well as their zero waste philosophy. The Coffee Events stage will host the Panhellenic Coffee Barista, Brewers Cup, and Cup Tasters championships, providing baristas with the opportunity to compete for a place at the top.
