Κatikies, the luxury hotel chain with properties on Mykonos and Santorini, on Friday shared exciting news for food lovers, announcing the opening of a “Botrini’s” restaurant of Michelin-starred Chef Ettore Botrini.

The luxurious Katikies Mykonos hotel will house the restaurant, adding a new dimension to the culinary scene on the popular Greek island.

This addition follows last year’s launch of Botrini’s Santorini, housed at Katikies Santorini, which was an extension of the coveted, Michelin-starred Athenian restaurant, Botrini’s.

In 2022, Greek-Italian chef Ettore Botrini, whose gastronomy work has earned him a Michelin star and numerous awards, became the executive chef for all the restaurants in the Katikies Group hotels.

Botrini’s Mykonos will offer both degustation and à la carte menus, accompanied by a list of Greek and international wine labels, curated by Yiannis Karakasis MW (Master of Wine).

The restaurant’s guests will not only have the chance to taste Botrini’s dishes hailed by critics as pieces of “contemporary culinary art” but also enjoy an exotic boho-chic atmosphere above the Agios Ioannis beach and a Cycladic backdrop starring the Aegean Sea.

Katikies Mykonos is part of the seven luxury Greek hotels that make up the Katikies Group on Mykonos and Santorini.

The opening of Botrini’s Mykonos aims to add another exciting dimension to the group’s hospitality offerings and make it a must-visit restaurant for food enthusiasts and guests.
