Katikies Santorini and Mykonos. Katikies Santorini and Katikies Mykonos, were among Greece’s four luxury hotels and resorts that won FTG’s 5-Star Rating. FTG’s inspectors visited the hotels as anonymous guests last year and assessed their overall service and facility. According to FTG’s ranking a 5-Star Rating means a property is “outstanding and iconic with virtually flawless service and amazing facilities.” Besides the star-awarded recognition, both hotels won the Luxury and Health Security Verified budges. FTG refers to Katikies Santorini as “a whitewashed Santorini oasis which ensures dramatic panoramas from every vantage point, no matter which of the minimalist, all-white accommodations you choose.” Its inspectors highlighted its three infinity pools; ideal, yet “secret”, location near Oia’s main promenade; Anatolian history inspired Mikrasia restaurant and guest-tailored archaeological and wine tasting tours, among other amenities. FTG’s inspectors hailed the hotel’s offering of stylish suites with a private pool as well as the view of the historic Delos Island from its infinity pools. Katikies Mykonos’ Mikrasia restaurant and A.Spa also got praise for their sophisticated culinary variety and individual wellness treatments respectively.
