Mitsis Hotels Signs 10-year Property Management Agreement for ‘Bali Paradise’ on Crete

Mitsis Hotels Group, the largest privately owned hotel chain in Greece, has signed a new 10-year property management agreement for the 4-star Bali Paradise seaside hotel in Bali, Rethymno, on the Greek island of Crete.

According to a company announcement, the hotel is expected to be completely renovated and repositioned as a 5-star hotel by 2027.

The new hotel has a total capacity of 238 rooms and spreads over a coastal plot with a surface of 18,883.50 square meters. The hotel’s facilities include a restaurant, two bars, two swimming pools, a water park, a tennis court and a wellness centre.

Mitsis Hotels Group will contribute to the pre-planning phase of the project, by defining and deploying the new hotel’s brand concept, business planning and performance management as well as all technical, design and construction specifications.

Moreover, the Group will fully utilise the entire range of its innovative Hotel Operations Management services and digital infrastructures, such as its customised booking platform, growing database and strong Loyalty programme, aiming at the optimal operation of the new hotel resort, according to the highest international standards.

“Our Group aspires to offer integrated services to the tourism market while implementing a series of sustainable strategic investments, which consolidate and strengthen our brand even more in the next day of Greek hospitality,” said Mitsis Hotels Group Managing Director Stavros Mitsis.

The agreement for the Bali Paradise hotel is the third consecutive property management agreement that the Group has conducted within the past six months, following its two expansion agreements in Halkidiki.

A tourism pioneer for over 45 years now, Mitsis Hotels’ portfolio in Greece also includes 20 city, beach and resort hotels of 4- and 5-star and 11 Spa and thalassotherapy centres throughout the country in Athens, Crete, Kamena Vourla, Kos and Rhodes.
