Modus & Amplio, a Greek-based luxury hotel developer, recently announced the opening of its newest partner hotel, the Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa on the Greek island of Kefalonia.

Set to open its doors on May 1, the boutique hotel boasts 12 villas with private saltwater swimming pools, a locally inspired restaurant, a spa, and an outdoor gym.

Nestled in the area of Spartia, in Southern Kefalonia, Eliamos is located above a secret cove and remote beach, offering guests a unique balance between seclusion and easy access to the island’s enchanting beaches, nature, and towns.

The hotel is just a 20-minute drive from the buzzing port and piazza in Argostoli, where visitors can enjoy the town’s authentic tavernas and boutiques.

Eliamos aims to redefine the holiday experience, with a focus on nature-based relaxation and wellness. The hotel features an expansive infinity salt-water pool and relaxation area and a spa where guests can indulge in massages, reflexology, and other treatments.

The hotel also offers activities such as hiking, cycling, horse riding, and swimming in virgin beaches, all of which are tethered to nature, allowing guests to experience Kefalonia’s authentic natural charm.

Designed by award-winning Greek architects Block722 and landscape architects Ecoscapes, Eliamos’ design aesthetic fuses luxury with modernity that echoe Kefalonia’s unspoiled landscape.

Each of the twelve spacious villas boasts a private saltwater pool or jacuzzi, kitchen, outdoor dining area, barbeque, and garden, providing a home-from-home experience.

Furthermore, Eliamos’ restaurant proposes refined dishes with a health-conscious approach, prepared with ingredients sourced from local farmers and organic producers.

The hotel also offers interactive gastronomic experiences such as olive picking and cookery classes for families to reconnect with one another.

Eliamos is committed to sustainability and nature, permeating the hotel’s philosophy and manifesting itself throughout the guest experience.

The resort also supports Wildlife Sense, a sea turtle research and conservation organization on the island, where guests can learn about endangered species and volunteer in the conservation efforts.
