The Athens Capital Hotel-MGallery Collection will host a special culinary event featuring the hotel’s Executive Chef Dimitris Boutsalis and guest French Chef Clément Convard of the Michelin star restaurant “Le Cénacle“. The two distinguished chefs will work together to serve a unique Four Hands Dinner on Friday, March 17, in the open kitchen of the hotel’s “MFlavours” restaurant on the 9th floor. The renowned chefs will showcase their skills and inspiration and create a menu that combines Greek and French cuisine and highlights the special features and timeless ingredients of Mediterranean culture and gastronomy. The result will be a creative dinner prepared by four hands. The taste journey will begin at 8pm with guests enjoying a glass of Deutz champagne. The Four Hands Dinner will include dishes such as mini-Greek salad taco and leek vinaigrette as amuse bouche, sea bream tartar and baked onion as starters. Among the choices of first course dishes will be a red mullet from the Aegean Sea and pork terrine wrapped in kale. The special dessert called “Honey from Elati cream” will be a high-end combination of caramelized quince, almond praline and chamomile sorbet.
