ANEK Promotes Greek Tourism in Stuttgart, Munich and Berlin

Greek shipping company ANEK Lines recently participated in three international tourism exhibitions in Germany, aiming to promote the country’s tourism product and highlight Greek hospitality.

ANEK participated in the CMT trade fair in Stuttgart, the F.RE.E. exhibition in Munich, and the ITB expo in Berlin, which ran between January and March and are considered among the largest and most influential in the tourism industry. In numbers, the CMT fair this year welcomed 265,000 visitors; F.RE.E. attracted the participation of 900 exhibitors from 50 countries and over 160,000 visitors; and ITB Berlin welcomed a total of 90,127 trade visitors from 180 countries and hosted 5,500 exhibitors from 161 countries.

According to ANEK, its modern stands proved to be a popular attraction for the thousands of visitors who attended the three tourism exhibitions.

The company’s representatives were on hand to provide information about the Greek island destinations served by ANEK ships, as well as the company’s discount offers for early booking, family and group trips along the Adriatic Sea.

Overall, ANEK Lines’ presence at the international tourism exhibitions in Stuttgart, Munich, and Berlin was a success, attracting attention and positive reviews from both visitors and fellow exhibitors.
