Titled “Stress-Less Retreat“, the event will run during May 8-14 as part of Micra Anglia’s seasonal wellness retreats that see wellbeing experts and specialists offer the hotel’s guests exclusive treatments and therapies. May’s “Stress-Less Retreat” event will see participants residing at the hotel and visiting the Votsalo Seaside premises twice a day to experience yoga sessions with world-renowned yoga and meditation instructor Bettina Maul. The retreat is designed to cultivate mindfulness and bring a sense of peace and balance to its participants’ mind, body, and spirit in a serene and tranquil environment characterized by its natural beauty. Located in the heart of Andros Town, Micra Anglia is comprised of three mid-century mansions transformed into an award winning boutique hotel echoing the majestic grandeur and European charm of the island. Its sister resort, the Votsalo Seaside, is located in one of the most pristine beached on Andros, the Gialia beach while being surrounded by an organic garden covering a total area of two acres.
