Grivalia to Open New Paros Hotel This Summer

Investment Group Grivalia Hospitality announced this week that its new boutique hotel in Naoussa on Paros will be opening to the public in May.

Grivalia’s 5-star Avant Mar caters to the high-end luxury market and aims to enhance the hospitality experience on Paros. The group invested a total of 20 million euros in the hotel, which is located near Naoussa village on Piperi Beach.

The Avant Mar, to operate on a seasonal basis from May to October, offers 38 rooms, suites and deluxe residences with private pools and views to Aegean Sea. The hotel will also feature internationally renowned signature restaurant “Matsuhisa”, spa facilities, a shopping outlet and a traditional Greek pastry shop.

“We will continue to invest in high-end developments, combining luxury with best sustainability practices, aiming to make Greece a point of reference for premium guests from all over the world,” said George Chryssikos, chairman and CEO Grivalia Hospitality, of the new investment on Paros which is set to create 80 new job positions.

Over the last few years, Grivalia Hospitality has implemented an ambitious expansion strategy adding ultra-luxury hospitality projects worth more that 1.5 billion euros to their portfolio.

The company’s investment plan for the next three years is set to reach 400 million euros. Earlier this year, it announced plans to develop the first energy autonomous luxury resort in Greece on Megalonissos, the largest island of the Petali complex in the southern part of the Gulf of Evia, Central Greece.
