Photo source: Metaxa Hospitality The Metaxa Hospitality Group, operating hotels on the islands of Crete and Santorini, announced that it would be welcoming the summer season with upgraded services and facilities. The company said that it has channeled 71 million euros into renovations and upgrades of its hotel dynamic over the next five years. Among these, the 5-star Creta Maris Resort in Heraklion (Crete) which opened its doors on April 27, offering upgraded services aimed at improving the guest experience with emphasis on luxury and gastronomy. Photo source: Metaxa Hospitality Additionally, the group’s 5-star Santo Maris Oia Luxury Suites & Spa on Santorini was renamed Santo Pure Oia Suites & Villas, opening its doors earlier this month with 20 new suites to be available in June. Metaxas Group is also constructing two ultra-luxury holiday villas to be available from July. The works are part of the company’s 27-million-euro investment in the creation of the Santo Collection Resorts & Villas to include the new 37-suite, 5-star hotel Santo Mine Oia Suites currently under construction. Photo source: Metaxa Hospitality Moreover, the Metaxa Hospitality Group’s TUI MAGIC LIFE Candia Maris hotel in Ammoudara, Heraklion, recently opened its doors for the 2023 season and is welcoming guests. “We insist on dreaming, daring and investing in the upgrade and expansion of our portfolio.
