The highly acclaimed Greek Maritime Golf Event, recognized as the best golf event in Greece and Cyprus at the 2023 Sports Marketing Awards, is set to return for its 9th edition between September 7-10 at Costa Navarino in Messinia.

Catering exclusively to distinguished executives from the Greek maritime industry, this top-notch golf event will bring together prominent leaders who will form teams of four. Participants will have the unique opportunity to showcase their skills on the magnificent 18-hole courses, The Dunes Course and The Bay Course.

Nestled amidst a captivating landscape adorned with centuries-old olive trees, the courses offer breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea, the historic Bay of Navarino, and the picturesque port of Pylos.

The competition will unfold with team-level challenges on Friday, September 8, featuring a shotgun scramble at The Bay Course.

Subsequently, on Saturday, September 9, participants will engage in another shotgun scramble, this time at The Dunes Course.

Alongside the thrill of the game, there will be significant prizes for the top three teams in the overall standings. Furthermore, special awards will be presented to individual players who achieve outstanding scores in the “Longest Drive” and “Closest to the Pin” categories.

Organized by Birdie Events, the Greek Maritime Golf Event is the brainchild of renowned Greek PGA golfer Thanos Karantzias. ActiveMedia Group, the Sports Marketing Agency of the Year, has taken charge of the event’s golf production, ensuring an exceptional experience for all participants.
