ITA Airways offers preferential airfares in Business, Premium, and Economy Class for travel in the seven days before and after events. The company also provides comprehensive planning, management, and customer support through a single contact point, enhancing the convenience and efficiency of MICE travel arrangements.

In the 2023 summer season, ITA Airways is expanding its network to 64 destinations, including 10 intercontinental ones. The airline continues to invest in long-haul routes, with new services from Rome Fiumicino to Washington starting on June 2 and to San Francisco from July 1. Moreover, ITA Airways plans to launch a new direct route from Rome Fiumicino to Rio de Janeiro during the winter season, complementing its existing South American connections.

ITA Airways currently operates 114 weekly flights connecting Germany and Italy. Travelers can enjoy direct connections from Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart, Hamburg, and Düsseldorf airports to Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate airports.

The airline also offers connections to its entire route network in Italy and the rest of the world, including popular destinations in the United States, the Asia-Pacific region, and South America.

As a fully owned subsidiary of the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, ITA Airways aims to be an efficient and innovative air carrier, setting the benchmark for quality connectivity within Italy and internationally.

By emphasizing customer service, sustainability, and digitization, the airline strives to deliver a best-in-class experience while prioritizing the environment, social equality, and governance.

ITA Airways joined the SkyTeam alliance in October 2021, further expanding its global reach and offering enhanced benefits to its passengers.
