Holiday Inn Thessaloniki, a member of the world-renowned Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), recently completed the renovation of its ground floor and the introduction of the “Level 9Bar-Restaurant.

Located at the heart of Thessaloniki on Monastiriou Street, the hotel caters to both business and leisure travelers, offering unique experiences.

The hotel’s ground floor has undergone a complete transformation, revealing the new “Open Lobby” concept. By seamlessly merging the reception, restaurant, bar, multimedia lounge, and business center into a cohesive space, the Open Lobby redefines the traditional hotel lobby.

Furthermore, the hotel’s 9th floor now features the “Level 9” Bar-Restaurant, offering stunning views of the city and Thermaikos Gulf. With a focus on Mediterranean cuisine and local culinary delights, Level 9 caters to both locals and out-of-town visitors. Adding to the allure, the 9th floor introduces an indoor swimming pool, providing panoramic views of Thessaloniki’s Ano Poli (Upper Town). With natural light streaming through large glass windows, the pool is available year-round and includes a jacuzzi and fountain for rejuvenation. The wooden deck surrounding the pool area offers a comfortable place to relax, while the Bar-Restaurant “Level 9” serves snacks and cocktails.

“We are very proud of our brand new space at Holiday Inn Thessaloniki,” said President and CEO of the company Aristotelis Thomopoulos, highlighting that the new additions were designed and constructed following a 1.5 million euros investment made by Hotel Enterprises K. and I. Thomopoulou SA.

“Our investment plan will continue with the renovation of the hotel’s rooms, since our primary goal is to provide the ideal stay for all our guests,” Thomopoulos added.
