According to an announcement, the collaboration, which focused on the holistic rebranding of the hotel, has led to “remarkable achievements”. During the first eight months of the RevitUp partnership, Kyma Suites adopted a strategic online presence, maximizing worldwide visibility on sale channels and social media platforms alike. Through logo rebranding and a consistent social media feed, the hotel established a refreshed look that matched its allure and actual style. Particularly notable is the successful ad campaigns on Meta and Google, a first for Kyma Suites, leading to growing levels of engagement and revenue. Reaching new audiences globally and converting “lookers” into “bookers”, the hotel boosted its image in the competitive hospitality industry of Crete. “Kyma Suites Beach Hotel has experienced significant growth in all channels, thanks to RevitUp.direct’s strategy,” said the hotel’s owners, Alexandra and Eleni Kokona, in a joint statement. As of June 2023, Kyma Suites is already on its way to hit 2023 revenue goals, having already achieved the revenue of 2022 in the early summer season.
