Destinations news Porto Heli: Tender Launched for Development of Property in Ververonta Area by GTP editing team 12 July 2023 written by GTP editing team 12 July 2023 0 comments Share 0FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 25 The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund SA (HRADF or TAIPED in Greek) has launched a tender for the development of the property in the “Ververonta” area in the Municipality of Ermionida. Located outside the boundaries of Porto Heli, one of the most popular destinations in Argolida, the property is a non-seaside plot with panoramic views of the Argolic Gulf. It is situated approximately 500 meters from the center of Porto Heli and 300 meters from the Ververontas lagoon and the coast of Porto Heli Bay. The property is located 175 km from Athens (80 km on the National Road Network), 85 from Nafplio, 7 km from Kranidi and 135 from Tripoli. The tender for the development of the property, which covers an area of 627,417.92 square meters, will take place in a single phase according to its existing urban planning status. According to HRADF, the preferred investor will be able to choose how to develop the property within the possibilities provided by the spatial and urban institutional framework. The property is suitable for tourism–recreation and transport infrastructure, according to previous plans that provided for the creation of an aircraft runway. The date for the submission of offers has been set for October 5. The HRADF is a member of the GROWTHFUND – The National Fund of Greece.
