In addition to its award-winning food, the Salonica Restaurant also offers a unique view of Thermaikos Gulf and Mount Olympus. The restaurant has a modern and elegant interior, with a large open kitchen that allows diners to watch the chefs at work. The Golden Chef’s Cap is awarded to restaurants that score at least 15 out of 20 points in a blind tasting by a panel of food experts. The Salonica Restaurant is one of only 39 restaurants in Greece that received a Golden Chef’s Cap in 2023 and the only one in Thessaloniki.
