The Mar-Bella Collection, a family-run hospitality group operating award-winning hotels on Corfu and Epirus, recently achieved Great Place to Work certification for 2023-2024. The Great Place to Work certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience. Mar-Bella Collection Group received the certification from Great Place to Work Hellas, the Greek branch of Great Place to Work, a global research and consulting authority on workplace culture and employee experience. The certification is based on the results of a confidential survey of employee satisfaction, which assesses the company’s performance on five key dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and team spirit. The WSPC is a training organization accredited by the Greek Education Ministry and the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (E.O.P.P.E.P.) offering training programs (WSET) in wine and oenology, but also on spirits, coffee, tea and other beverages.
